Elizabeth O'Dell, St. Joseph County Human Services Commission Collaboration Coordinator announced today that GuardianTrac has been selected as the collaboration tool to be used by the county for providing multi agency services to eligible high risk children in St. Joseph County. They will be instrumental in helping us maximize the effectiveness of our collaboration process."
